Pavese Law Firm’s co-managing partner Charles Mann has been named to the Gulfshore Business 40 under 40 list which recognizes Southwest Florida’s most impressive young business and community leaders.

“Charles demonstrates continued leadership and dedication to the community,” says William T. Haverfield, co-managing partner at Pavese Law Firm. “He is an excellent role model for young professionals and his selection to the prestigious Gulfshore Business 40 under 40 list is a well-deserved honor for Mann and the Firm.”

Mann began his practice in 2000 as an associate at Pavese Law Firm. After less than five years at the firm, he became one of the youngest associates to make partner in 2005. In early 2011, Mann was elected co-managing partner. He has been named to SuperLawyers magazine’s Rising Star list for the past three years.

Mann focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law with an emphasis on development for large residential and mixed-use projects. He represents local and national builders and developers in the acquisition and financing of raw land, negotiation of land bank and joint venture agreements, and creation of property owner associations.

To serve the community, Mann volunteers for a local recreational angler advocacy group, providing pro-bono legal and advisory services to the not-for-profit organization. He also serves as a volunteer on the allocations committee for the United Way. In addition, Mann volunteers in his daughter’s school and is actively involved in both of his children’s education.

Mann received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, then went on to obtain a Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law.
