Mike Koch at Lahaina Realty has achieved the top spot for closed residential sales for the year ending 2010, based on statistics from the Greater Fort Myers & the Beaches Realtor Association’s MLS for sales on Fort Myers Beach (FB01-FB07) from Jan. 1, 2010 to Dec. 31, 2010.
Koch has been actively involved in the Florida Real Estate market, purchasing and renting residential investment properties. He joined Lahaina Real Estate seven years ago and has attained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) REALTOR designation. Prior to that, Koch owned and operated successful retail businesses in Illinois and in Florida for over 27 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University.
