Pastel Society Hosts Studio Tour
The Southwest Florida Pastel Society is hosting an Artists’ Studio Tour on Jan. 22, 2011, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Six artist studios will be open in Bonita Springs and Naples.
Each studio represents the space in which the artist pursues the creative process. The studios reflect their personalities and individual preferences and may provide useful ideas for visiting artists on the tour. The artists are Sandy Jackoboice, Alice Fjelstul, Donna Elliott, Tanya Trinkaus Glass, Karen Stone, and Lynne B. Wilcox
Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with check payable to SWFPS to the Society, 128 First Ave. South, Naples, FL 34102. Locations and driving directions to each studio will be given with the purchase of a ticket. The ticket is a badge to be worn during the tour.
Last minute tickets may be purchased on the day of the tour by beginning at Lynne Wilcox’s studio, 128 First Ave. South, Naples.
The SWFPS is a non-profit organization, 501 c (3), which supports a number of educational opportunities for adults and youth in the Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. Proceeds from the Artist Studio Tour will help fund the education efforts.
