Swift joins Goodwill as vice president of operations
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. welcomes Jennifer Swift as the organization’s new Vice President of Retail and Operations. Her responsibilities will be to coordinate the activities of the retail and donated goods programs, by overseeing transportation, operations, production, and retail sales.
With more than a decade of experience with Goodwill, Swift has worked with three different Goodwill organizations in Texas and California. Most recently, Swift served as the Vice President of Retail and Operations at Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire in Santa Rosa, Calif.
In Southwest Florida, Swift will manage a $15 million retail and donated goods program.
Swift received the bulk of her donated goods experience at Goodwill Industries of Houston. Her Goodwill career began as a volunteer photographer at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas in Austin, after which she took the position of Special Events Coordinator. She is a recent graduate of Goodwill Industries International’s Senior Leadership Program, and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Swift fills the position left vacant by the departure of Brian Itzkowitz, who left Southwest Florida to become CEO of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

Swift lives in Cape Coral with her 3-year-old daughter, Piper, who loves the beach.
