Lee County Sheriff’s Office seeks help identifying man found near Fort Myers Beach
The body of a man was found floating in Matanzas Pass July 8, and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office has not been able to find out who he is.
The Sheriff’s Office were called to the pass at 8 a.m. Detectives who investigated the incident say the death is not suspicious, according to a press release.
The Sheriff’s Office had a sketch completed of a white male, about 50 years old, weighing 265 pounds and 5’5″, to help with the identification process, as well as photos of the clothes the unnamed man was found in. His eyes were brown or hazel, the release stated.
