The Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce held its annual Tapa Hop event Tuesday, Nov. 14. The event showcases six island restaurants while Chamber members and the public alike “hop” from each one via trolley. This year’s participating restaurants were South Beach Grille, Castaway’s Bar & Grill, The Salty Crab Bar & Grill, Bayfront Bistro, Island View Restaurant, and Pinchers. This year’s theme was music, and each trolley was given a genre or era. Costumes and props were strongly encouraged – President Jacki Liszak’s favorite thing is to see adults at play.
