RE/MAX Under the Sun to host grand opening on Fort Myers Beach
Local real estate leader April Nixon will host a grand opening celebration of her new RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Under the Sun, on Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony will kick off the event and drinks and light appetizers will be served. All local residents are invited to help celebrate the newest business on Fort Myers Beach.
RE/MAX Under the Sun’s new office is located steps from the ocean at 2801 Estero Blvd., Suite I & J. Nixon selected the location in Sea Grape Plaza because it is a mid-island location that complements her vision of a mixed-use space. The RE/MAX franchise has a caf-style office on one side with private office spaces and a conference room at the other end. Her immediate goals for RE/MAX Under the Sun include recruiting the best agents for her team and to be known as the best real estate office on Fort Myers Beach.
“I decided to open my own real estate brokerage because I’m passionate about starting my own company and I want to build a legacy for my daughters,” said Nixon. “Now is the time to open our new franchise because there is a lot going on in Fort Myers Beach. We feel this is the location to invest in because there wasn’t a RE/MAX office to service this growing area. We saw this as an incredible opportunity.”
