The shelter opens for adoptions at 11:30 am Monday through Saturday and closes at 4 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; 6 pm Tuesday; and 3 pm Saturday. The Shelter is located at 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, next to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, off Six Mile Cypress Pkwy.
All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies vaccination & county license if 3 months or older, flea treatment, worming, heartworm test for dogs 6 months & over, feline aids & leukemia test for cats, training DVD, 10 day health guarantee, and a bag of Science Diet pet food.
The adoption package is valued at $500. Regular adoption fees range from $25 to $95, however, please check for frequent reductions and specials.
