Bob Brown is No. 1 in Re/Max
The Re/Max Realty Group congratulates Bob Brown as Commercial Sales Leader for the month of June.
Brown attained gross sales of almost $3 million. Most noted was the sale of the Sun State office building on the corner of Summerlin and Pine Ridge roads which was sold for $1,350,000. Sun State was purchased by the Fort Myers Beach Kiwanis Club and will soon be the new location of the Kiwanis Thrift Store.
The Sun State building, which was built in 1999 and was the home of Century 21 Sun State and Century 21 Prestige Realty, has more than 9,000 square feet of interior space situated on 1.23 acres of land.
Brown is a consistent leader in sales and listings, both residential and commercial at Re/Max Realty Group. Attaining membership in the Re/Max International Hall of Fame and receiving the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement status is Brown’s reward for 40 years of business experience on Fort Myers Beach.
