B.O.S.S. members asks for support
To the editor:
I am at my summer home in Northern N.Y. but I keep informed about Fort Myers Beach and South Fort Myers.
Only recently did I make contact with Bay Oaks and the wonderful staff and volunteers!
We Seniors are deserving of an opportunity for sharing, making friends, and activities to keepus functioning and in good mental health. Few, if any of us, patronize the bars and activity that occurs around Times Square.
We need a place were we can share friendship, lest we wither on the vine of endless lonely days and nights. Let’s have some support for the staff and Seniors who receive so much from the Center.
