Parking lot situation angers Beach business owner

2 min read

To the Editor:

I am a long time resident and business owner on Ft.myers beach.

A couple of seasons have come and gone since a very popular parking company was ubruply dismissed from the McDonalds parking area after a very long battle with the old town council of Fort Myers Beach.

There was a big article done on the parking lot and it’s company owner, Randy Williams.

This article was aimed at showing how someone can come in and take a company and make a big difference on the parking situation on the beach. Shortly after the article was in the paper something very odd happened. We went to the parking lot and found that Randy lost the lot because the manager of the Pierview hotel had informed him of the owner of the property, Frank Burns, wanted a new company.

Just to let the people of Beach know that Judy Coleman was such a manipulative and very dishonest person because it was her that wanted her friend to operate the lot. So, she fabricated a story to Mr. Burns about Mr. Williams and he was dismissed.

The rumors started to fly on the beach as to what had happened. He built a very safe and decent place for people to come and park and not worry about leaving thier cars so they could enjoy the beach. There are those of us that want everyone to know that the bad apples that seem to others as good people such as Mrs. Coleman who think it is just business to tear people apart because they are to affraid to deal with the situations that arise with the politics of running a business on the beach and hands them to someone else and takes credit for what someone else does.

Her way of taking care of that is to throw them out. That is a very insecure person. To be honest, she is a snake in the grass. Mr. Williams has since opened a new lot at 5210 Estero Blvd. It is a very safe and beautiful place to park. He still only charges $5 to park and he is the only one that will let you leave anytime you want and come back at no charge.

We all wish him well. Remember ‘What comes around goes around’.
