Fitness recruitment event offered for girl scouts
The Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Inc. have announced an invitation for girls in kindergarten through fifth grade to have some heart-pumping fun Thursday, March 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Pump It Up at 4331 Veronica St. in Fort Myers.
Activities include bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and more. Girls must be accompanied by an adult for the entire event and also bring socks to wear during the activities.
The cost of the event is $5 per girls with free admission for adults. Girls must pre-register by Friday, March 20.
Pizza and a soft drink can also be purchased for $3 per person; however, tickets for food must be reserved in advance.
