Stet brings reality TV? to Fort Myers Beach!
Our very own Stet Howland, the badass drummer you may remember from WASP, who has been on recent tours with Lita Ford and others, and who’s rocked in the locally grown groups of the Howlin’ Dogs and the nEW kINGS (he’s a very busy guy) has a new gig to add to his rock belt.
Starting Tuesday, April 6, Stet will appear as the host of StetTV, being filmed on the rooftop of the all-new Nervous Nellie’s (formerly Snug Harbor) and featuring many local musical acts, the first being the Diane Russell Band, with showtime at 8 p.m.
“We will do a total of 13 shows/episodes. I will be going to Sweden again this summer for the Swedenrock Festival, but will be shooting my show, as well as playing this year,” Stet said.
The public is invited to come be part of the show. Entrace is just $5. The show will be headlined by the Stet Howland Band, and for future episodes, look forward to seeing Funk Bone, 10,000 Views and more.
Director Mike Wright said reservations have been going smoothly, and people are already booking as far in as the third show. Dinner and the show, or just show tickets, are available. For more information or for reservations, call 878-9060.
