Bryce, Joe and Tommy, the local rockers of “4” are shakin’ it up a bit, changing band members and swapping names. Now going by Cloud9 (spelling not yet fully determined by the band), feast your eyes on Rick Wilson (left), a U.K. boy and newest member to the group, rockin’ lead guitar and vocals.
