To the editor:

Perhaps going co-op with the water company is the solution to the town’s

inability to borrow money -a way around the charter- if they are going to try to charge such heavy back fees from the citizen’s for the town’s oversight, if the town is going to pay a consultant and form a committee to oversee their oversights.

Then, it sounds as good a time as any to consider forming a co-op. I am of course, waiting to hear all the reasons the town government won’t even consider it. I hold no license, ok. The idea, it can be theirs.
