The Web site updates every hour so you will be able to see if these or any other pets are still available. The shelter opens for adoptions at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and closes at 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; 6 p.m. Tuesday; and 3 p.m. Saturday. The Shelter is located at 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, next to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, off Six Mile Cypress Pkwy. All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies vaccination & county license if 3 months or older, flea treatment, worming, heartworm test for dogs 6 months & over, feline aids & leukemia test for cats, training DVD, 10 day health guarantee, and a bag of Science Diet pet food. The adoption package is valued at $500. Adoption fees range from $25 to $95
