Beach Pilots make several donations

The Pilot Club and Foundation of Fort Myers Beach made several donations to local charities at the June 17 monthly meeting. The monies were raised through the club’s first Casino Night and individual donations to the foundation.

The Beach club is a chapter of Pilot International, a global organization with a focus on brain protection and awareness. Locally, the club also supports youth programs at the Beach Elementary School, senior programs at the Beach Library, Estero Island Historic Society, Keep Lee County Beautiful and the Pilot Scholarship House at Florida Gulf Coast University.
