Shell Point is finalist in business ethics award
The Shell Point Retirement Community has been named as a finalist for the fourth annual Uncommon Friends Business Ethics Award. The recipient will be named during the annual Uncommon Evening to be held at Harborside Event Center, 1375 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, on Thursday, June 4.
Shell Point, along with Entech Computer Services, were selected by a team of nationally respected business ethics professors. The committee chair is Dr. Charles J. Fornaciari, Uncommon Friends Chair of Ethics, College of Business, Florida Gulf Coast University. Fornaciari will moderate a Business Ethics Roundtable at FGCU at noon on June 4 at the College of Business. The nominees for the ethics award and CEO’s of Lee and Collier businesses have been invited to participate in the roundtable discussion, which will involve their solutions to business ethics problems.
