n 280 Primo Street
This is a comfortable one-story home. About 20 years ago, it was raised and architectual features were added to make it a three-story home with amazing panoramic views of the back bay. The boat traffic, the shrimp fleet and the bridge can be seen from every window. Grandchildren love the secret hideaway loft. The owners enjoy every minute here and are happy to share it with you.
n 5598 Avenida Pescadora
This huge, brand new home is at the end of the street at a large corner lot. The view of the bay from anywhere on the lovely, sweeping, sodded lawn and from the home are outstanding. This striking, white beautiful building resembles a southern plantation home. The interior also has many special features. You will notice the travertine floors throughout and the unusual custom stair treatments. Even the gourmet kitchen boasts views of the bay. Trayed ceilings and an entertainment wall with many niches provide special interest in the family room. There is a wide, marvelous balcony that extends the whole length of the house on the water side. This is a home in progress. There are still details to be finalized. You will have the rare opportunity to see this dream home still developing.
