All invited to Civic Association Town Birthday party Dec. 31

It’s our town’s 13th birthday on Wednesday, Dec. 31 and you’re invited to the Big Bash.

The party starts at 1 p.m. at Times Square and ends around 3 p.m.

The Fort Myers Beach Civic Association, that party’s sponsor, will once again be serving it’s delicious cupcakes and other free goodies. Local entertainer Mary Winner will again be providing the music.

For the second year in a row, we’ll also be raffling a tub full of holiday spirits, a popular addition to last year’s party.

So bring the kids, the in-laws, the neighbors, everyone and anyone who wants to have a good time in typical warm beach weather.

And anyone who cares to contribute some cupcakes of their own can drop them off at the Civic Association booth at Times Square at noon on the 31st.

Everyone has a great time at the annual town birthday party, so be there or be square..
