Two arrested for prostitution at Cape address
Two women were charged with prostitution and drug charges at a Cape Coral home Tuesday.
Jennifer Lynne Gay, 29, of 3758 Central Ave., Apt. B, Fort Myers, was charged with prostitution and possession of narcotic equipment, cocaine, a controlled substance and heroin.
Cindy Lee Glode, 26, of 211 Gazelle Drive, North Fort Myers, was charged with prostitution and possession of a controlled substance.
At approximately 4:36 p.m., members of the Cape Coral Police Department Street Crimes Unit entered a home on Southeast 29th Street and arrested Glode, according to a police report.
They searched her purse and found a marijuana pipe, the report said.
The Street Crimes Unit entered the same home at about 8:07 p.m. and arrested Gay, the report said.
Police searched her purse and found a crack pipe, three small bags of heroin, an eye shadow case with five pieces of crack and a Suboxone pill.
Glode was released from the Lee County Jail on $1,500 bond Wednesday, according to booking records.
Gay remained in the Lee County Jail on a combined $13,000 bond Wednesday.
