Alliance for the Arts hosts bluegrass series starting Sunday

Bluegrass returns to the Foulds Theatre at the Alliance for the Arts Sunday, Sept., 11, from 2 to 5 p.m., when Palmgrass The Acoustic Music Society of Southwest Florida presents three hours of live music. The popular bluegrass series will then continue monthly through April of next year.

The September concert features Captain Joe and the Bottom Feeders, and the Bugtussle Ramblers. Tickets are $10 and available online at ArtInLee.org/tickets or at the door.

The Alliance for the Arts proudly supports artists and arts organizations in the Southwest Florida area as the state-designated Local Arts Agency for Lee County.

The Alliance campus and galleries are open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturdays, at 10091 McGregor Boulevard Blvd., just south of Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers.
