To the editor:
The decision to visit the sand sculpting event on Sunday turned into something that has changed our lives, forever.
If anyone else experienced this volunteer, who directed traffic outside of the Holiday Inn, and knows how imbalanced this individual is, please let your police service know. We would not want anyone else to have our vacation experience!
Admittedly, my husband lost his cool when this individual came into face, and pushed him back - BUT - five hours later a felony charge of assault, lead away in handcuffs and locked up until the morning.
Fort Myers used to be a place we loved to visit. Sorry that has now changed - forever.
