To the editor:
The question before us today is, "What do we want for our future?" The voters of Fort Myers Beach and Lee County have a choice to make.
Charley Whitehead is a man that has different ideas and different issues, as I have noted with acute observations. And, he doesn't take much scrutiny. Mr. Whitehead is straight forward and a man of his word. Quite a combination in this day and time! It is a valuable trait that is not often seen today. Charlie will take time to talk with you and listen to you. If elected as one of your County Commissioners, I truly believe that he will level with you. He may not agree with you, but he will definitely consider your concerns in making decisions. Mr. Whitehead will not only listen to you, but will hear you and will proceed accordingly. A vote for Mr. Whitehead is a vote for honesty, integrity, and reliability. Don't forget to vote. See you at the polls.
