Opening April 10 in the Santini Marina Plaza, 7205 Estero Blvd., the Island Jewel is proud to offer customers fine, classic and unique jewelry for all styles and occasions. Owners Maria and Michael Carlini are proud to bring customers a great selection of precious and semi-precious pieces from all over the world.

"We offer classic and unique gold, silver and platinum pieces, diamonds, pearls, fine gemstones, and can create unique items and one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry," Maria said.

The couple also offers an extensive selection of hand-crafted sealife pieces.

If they don't have the precise piece you want in-house, don't worry. The couple said they can have orders filled within a matter of days, and can even ship them out of town, which is perfect for short-term island visitors.

The Island Jewel has been a family-owned business since 1977, starting in Michigan and eventually making the haul down to Southwest Florida.
