Sweet little min-pin needs a home
At only 12 pounds, 5-year-old Izzy is a "Min Pin" (Mini Pincher) and was found on Fort Myers a month ago, turned over to Animal Services, and when we got her, she needed some love and affection. Dave and Mary, her foster parents, were nice enough to take over her care. She is very friendly with cats, dogs, and, of course, all people. She likes to sleep in her little bed and is house broken. Izzy would love a quiet home and nice walks. She is not a barker, which makes her a perfect dog for a condo or strict housing community.
Handsome black Jack
Izzy needs a home.
Jack was found on Emily Lane, Fort Myers Beach, and is a sweetheart of a cat. He is very young and elegant, and very friendly and frisky! He's great with other cats, kids, and we don't think he would have any problem with dogs as well.
This little fella has won the heart of all our volunteers who are working very hard to put our garage sale benefit together. He was with us for a couple of weeks and made us all laugh with his attitude, tumbling in the air and showing his soft side. He is all black and black is beautiful!
Looking for a Good Samaritan
The Find A Home Give A Home Beach rescue is on quest for a Good Samaritan who would either allow us to have a room in their home dedicated to saving the pets or could donate a home on the island for the rescue's use.
We understand it is a lot to ask, but we hope that one of our wonderful residents will be kind enough to help the helpless, homeless animal world, and is ready to make a difference!
The countdown has begun!
