Tonielli obit
Dorina Lynn Tonielli, 30, of Fort Myers Beach, formerly of
Hennepin, Illinois, died Saturday, June 26 in Florida.
Services were held Friday, July 2, at the Mueller Funeral Home
in Ottawa, Ill. Burial took place at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery.
Dorina was born April 5, 1980, in Ottawa, to Wayne David and
Opal Marie (Zortman) Tonielli. She was a graduate of Putnam County
High School and also a graduate of Pivot Point International Academy,
where she earned a degree as a licensed Esthetician. Dorina was employed
at Captain Tony’s Fishing Adventure where she worked as a trip adviser.
Dorina enjoyed drawing, painting, dancing, music, and life on the beach.
She was dearly loved by her family, especially her parents and siblings, Paul
and Angelina as well as her Fort Myers Beach friends. She will be remembered for her compassionate heart, loving personality and beautiful smile.
She is survived by her parents, Wayne of Ottawa, Ill, and Opal of Pekin, Ill; her sister, Angelina (Greg) Pinter of Spring Valley; her brother, Paul
Tonielli of Streator; her nephew and niece, Jaxson Pinter of Spring Valley and Ariana Nicole Tonielli of Holland, Mich.; her husband to be Chip
Roessler of Fort Myers Beach; and long time friend Joe Flynn of Fort Myers.
Dorina was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, James Tonielli.
A “Celebration of Dorina’s Life” will be held this Saturday, July 10, at
4 p.m. at the Lighthouse Tiki Bar. Bring your fond memories and join in the celebration.
