Bay Walk Christmas on the Bay Festival nears

Live Art Bay Walk Christmas on the Bay Festival will be showcasing over 200 performers (theater, dance, music and art) on three stages and three street blocks on Old San Carlos Boulevard on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no admission charge to the event.

Beach Chamber holds Holiday Boat Parade

Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce Holiday Boat Parade. Saturday, Dec. 5, beginning at 6 p.m., at Pink Shell Resort and Spa. Parade entry applications and maps of the viewing area can be obtained at the Chamber office, located at 17200 San Carlos Blvd., and on their Web site at www.fortmyersbeach.org. Book Nook offers book signing

Annette's Book Nook at 7205 Estero Blvd. will be hosting a book signing on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is for Author C. S. Challinor, who is a full-time resident of Fort Myers Beach. Challinor will be doing a signing for her book CHRISTMAS IS MURDER, A Rex Grave mystery.
