MOPS hosts yard sale

Mothers of Preschoolers will hold a yard sale on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 8 a.m. to noon at 1350 Tanglewood Parkway in Fort Myers. Proceeds will be used to further the MOPS ministry at Peace Lutheran Church at 15840 McGregor Blvd. For more information about MOPS or the Tag Sale, call 437.2599.

St. Raphael’s hosts first shrimp dinner

Historic St. Raphael's Church at 5601 Williams Drive will be hosting their famous All-You-Can-Eat Peel-and-Eat Shrimp Dinner on Nov. 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. The meal is $15 per person for a complete meal, including drinks and dessert. This is St. Raphael's first shrimp dinner of the season. Other dates include Jan. 9, Feb. 6, March 6 and April 10. For further information call 463-6057, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Town holds rain barrel workshop
