The Sandy Butler 17650 San Carlos Blvd. 482-6765 The Sandy Butler will be serving up a ghoulish gourmet at its second annual Halloween party and wine dinner Halloween night, beginning at 7 p.m. As darkness falls that evening, this local restaurant and worldly market will transform into a “spooktacular” sight. Chef Michael Ragusa will stir up some wicked fresh gourmet brew, featuring mysterious cuisine from Romania paired with cryptic red and white wines. There should be plenty of eerie music, dancing, costumes and wicked good times, too. The cost is $55 per person to attend. Guests wearing a costume will receive at $5 gift card to the restaurant. Reservations are recommended.
