Zumba Gold classes at Bay Oaks

Bay Oaks Recreation Campus will be offering a Zumba Gold class every Thursday night at 6:30 p.m., designed for the active adult population or the true beginner (unconditioned) participant. Zumba Gold addresses the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs specific to these populations. Barbara Groves, a certified Zumba instructor, will be instructing the class, which is $5 per session and will be offered every Thursday except for holidays.
